Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item (Delivery Date) to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and with all original tags attached.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at info@enmobs.com If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label (for defective items) or instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way, we will cover the return shipping cost. We will provide a prepaid shipping label.

  • Customer Remorse: If you purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or you no longer want the item, you (the customer) are responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.

Restocking Fees We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items/Bespoke items)

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)

  • Final sale items (unless defective)

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
